At Faith Community Church, we encourage every member to participate regularly in a Fellowship Group. These groups are an important part of church life, providing opportunities for spiritual growth, growing in love for one another, and mutual encouragement as we share our common bond in Jesus Christ.
What is a Fellowship Group?
A Fellowship Group is a gathering of six or more people who meet regularly in a home or at the church under the leadership of a Fellowship Group leader. These groups provide opportunities to share life together, care for one another, study and apply God’s Word, and pray together.
We believe Fellowship Groups are one of the most meaningful ways to grow in your love for Christ and His Church. Through these gatherings, members build relationships, serve one another, and faithfully practice the “one another” commands of the New Testament.
Our Fellowship Groups include a mix of people from a variety of life stages and backgrounds, including married couples, singles, grandparents, families with children, empty-nesters, and others!
How often do groups meet?
Meeting schedules vary by group. Most groups meet twice each month, while others meet weekly or follow a different rhythm. Groups meet on various days and times throughout the week.
For the most current information about available groups and meeting schedules, please contact the church office or visit the Welcome Center.
What is a typical meeting like?
While each group has its own personality and style, most gatherings include fellowship, prayer, and discussion of recent sermons. Some groups also enjoy snacks, shared meals, or other opportunities for fellowship.
What about childcare?
If you need childcare, please indicate that on the interest form. We will help connect you with a group that offers childcare options.
